Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support PMO governance and reporting activities.
- Prepare templates, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
- Collect and validate project data from site teams for IT and digital projects.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure version control.
- Assist in risk and issue tracking for projects.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives and IT enablement activities.
- Job may require relocation to project sites as per business needs.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during project activities.
- Support to the other team members on all projects, applications and management reporting related tasks and preparation of reports.
Qualifications
Expected Qualifications:
- MBA (preferably in Project Management, Operations, or IT Management).
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
- 2-4 years in project management, PMO, or IT/digital projects.
- Exposure to reporting and coordination activities is desirable.
