Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of technology-driven projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Address complex technical challenges and proactively mitigate risks to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum designers, trainers, and industry partners, to align technology goals with ASE’s skill development objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engage with OEMs, vendors, and technology partners to evaluate, build, integrate, and support scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure for software development and deployment, ensuring robust and secure platforms.
- Ensure the integration of digital tools and platforms that enhance the delivery and monitoring of skill development programs.
- Support the development of data-driven insights to measure the impact of training programs and inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within ASE’s operations.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in technology management or related fields are preferred.
Years & Type Of Experience
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in managing large-scale technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
