Role Purpose
Our Client is at a deliberate inflection in how it manages, measures, and develops performance. This is not a cycle administration role. It is a transformation mandate that spans three interconnected domains: redesigning the performance management system from the ground up, building a culture that is measurably great to work in, and positioning our client as a recognised employer of choice. The person in this role will have direct access to the CHRO and senior leadership and will be expected to operate as a subject matter authority, a programme owner, and a trusted advisor - simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
- 10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated performance management or HR COE function.
- Desirable: direct accountability for at least one enterprise-wide PMS transformation - structural redesign and adoption at scale, not cycle administration.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple PMS models - rating-based, bell curve, continuous performance management, OKRs, and hybrid - with the professional judgment to recommend the appropriate model for organisational context.
- Demonstrated change management delivery - has planned and executed large - scale adoption programmes, not merely designed frameworks.
- Functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or an equivalent HCM platform in the context of PMS module configuration.
- Prior involvement in GPTW, AON Best Employers, or equivalent workplace certification and employer recognition processes is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to people analytics platforms and comfort with data - driven HR decision - making.
Compensation: Salary upto Rs. 23 LPA
