Responsibilities:

● Ability to handle patentability/invalidation/FTO searches

● Effi ciently handling multiple projects with tight deadlines, managing deliverables, resources, and timelines

● Reviewing juniors work, and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards

● Should mentor and train junior searchers

● Should form and develop team of skilled searchers

● Ability to manage a range of projects from proposal stage to successful project completion

● Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives

● Team management experience with the ability to manage and motivate project teams

● Capability to provide timely, accurate and relevant project and portfolio reporting as agreed

● Ensure excellent coordination / communication between all stakeholders

Requirements

Technical Qualifications:

Bachelors/master’s in engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology

Preferred Qualifi cations:

Knowledge in IPR, Patent Law

Experience: 7-10 years

Skills Desired:

● Should be an expert in all types of patent searches and landscape studies

● Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Proven working experience in a similar role in an organization

● Excellent communication, presentation, infl uencing, and reasoning skills

● Team player, self-motivated and ability to work independently and proactively

● Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills

● Profi ciency with MS Offi ce suite, G-suite
