We’re not hiring an ops manager.
We’re hiring someone to build the system that runs our business—and make sure it delivers on numbers.
If you like fixing chaos, designing structure, and making things scale—this is your seat.
What you will ownSystem & Process Design
- Build and standardize SOPs across FOH, BOH, procurement, and reporting
- Design workflows that reduce dependency on individuals
- Create scalable systems for multi-outlet operations
Data, Performance & P&L Ownership
- Own and track outlet-level P&L structures
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly reporting systems
- Build dashboards and performance tracking frameworks
- Identify cost leakages and improve profitability
Operational Efficiency
- Identify inefficiencies and fix root causes
- Improve speed, consistency, and cost control across outlets
Automation & Tools
- Drive structured use of PetPooja and Keka
- Build workflows using internal tools (Google Workspace, reporting loops)
Audit & Compliance
- Design audit systems and SOP adherence tracking
Build accountability frameworks across teams
What this role is NOT
- Running outlets
- Handling daily store operations
- A traditional HR/admin role
This is a builder role with business impact—not an executor role
Who you are
- A systems thinker who loves structure
- Strong with numbers, data, and P&L understanding
- Comfortable working across teams and functions
- Able to turn chaos into scalable systems
Good to have
- F&B / retail / QSR experience
- Exposure to POS / HRMS tools
- Background in consulting, ops strategy, or business analytics
