Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Lead - Non Aero Commercial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving commercial projects related to non-aviation services, identifying revenue-generating opportunities, ensuring timely execution of projects, and developing partner relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with the airport's overall strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor relationship management
- Solid understanding of business strategy, market trend analysis, and revenue generation
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience in the aviation, infrastructure, or retail sectors is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field
