Job details:
This isn't an internship. It's an apprenticeship in building.
I'm Santhosh Babu — founder of OD Alternatives, a 28-year-old organisational development consultancy, and OrgLens, a sociometric network intelligence platform. I coach CEOs at Fortune 500 companies and have spent three decades in the world of leadership, people transformation, and organisational change.
I'm launching a set of new initiatives in this space — and I'm looking for one person to sit in my founder's office and help build them from the ground up. Not to assist. To own.
What you'll actually do:
- Shape go-to-market strategy for new products and programmes, from positioning to pricing
- Drive client acquisition — research, outreach, pitching, closing
- Run marketing that doesn't sound like marketing — content, campaigns, community
- Manage programmes end-to-end, from first client conversation to delivery
- Work directly with me — no layers, no bureaucracy, real decisions
Who I'm looking for:
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience, from institutions where you've had to think hard and work harder
- Genuinely curious about people, leadership, and what makes organisations (and humans) actually change
- A quick learner who doesn't wait to be told — you see the gap and you move
- Comfortable with ambiguity — this role will be defined as much by you as by me
- Strong writing and communication — you'll represent this work externally from week one
A quick word on fit:
This role is a strong fit if you're energised by corporate contexts — boardrooms, CXOs, large organisations — and want to understand how change actually happens inside them.
This role is probably not a fit if your primary interest lies in social sector, development, or public policy work. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies and large corporates, and the work is commercial in nature. Nothing wrong with that other path — it's just a different one from this role.
Why this role, specifically:
You won't be one of fifty analysts on a program. You'll be the person closest to the founder, building something from zero — with all the mess, speed, and learning that comes with that. If you do this well, you won't just have a job title. You'll have built a business function.
To apply: Send your CV along with a short note — not a cover letter — on what draws you to people transformation and leadership development, and one instance where you made something happen without being asked to.
