🚨 #Hiring | Lead Network & Infrastructure Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Lead Network & Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Network, Linux, Firewall, Routers, Switches, LAN/WAN, Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
📌 Position: Lead Network & Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage routers, switches and firewalls.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN and network connectivity.
• Perform network device installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Configure and manage firewall rules, security policies and access controls.
• Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot Linux servers.
• Troubleshoot network, server, hardware and connectivity-related issues.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
• Identify root causes of network and infrastructure issues and implement corrective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and network optimization.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, SOPs and incident reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers/team members.
Must Have Skills
✅ 8+ years of relevant experience in Network/Infrastructure Engineering
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Network configuration and troubleshooting
✅ Hands-on experience with Firewalls
✅ Strong knowledge of Routers & Switches
✅ Good understanding of LAN/WAN/VPN
✅ Experience in Linux installation, configuration and troubleshooting
✅ Experience in network/device installation and configuration
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills in network and infrastructure environments
✅ Ability to independently handle critical network/infrastructure issues
Note: Vendor-specific experience such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, etc. is acceptable, but Cisco is not mandatory. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in other enterprise networking technologies are also welcome.
