Our Client hiring Lead Netsuite Functional Consultant (Finance Exp) for US Based Co in Pune -(WFO). team. You will be responsible for evaluating customer requirements, mapping them to NetSuite ERP functionalities and leading end-to-end implementation and support cycles. This role requires strong functional knowledge of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on NetSuite ERP configuration experience.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate customer’s business needs and translate them into scalable NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Develop detailed solution designs and lead clients throughout the implementation and post-
go-live phases.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ERP delivery including design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.
• Prepare detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.
• Create and execute test plans including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, and
Regression Testing.
• Identify and execute data migration strategies using standard NetSuite tools.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data, configuration, and processes.
• Customize system features based on project scope and client requirements.
• Deliver hands-on NetSuite ERP training in areas such as chart of accounts, tax configuration,
multi-subsidiary setup, vendor payments, and bank transactions.
• Keep up to date with evolving NetSuite capabilities and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting.
• Proven experience in:
o Initial system setup and configuration
o Data migration planning and execution
o Master and transactional data setup
o ERP cut-over and go-live planning
• Expertise in configuring:
o Company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups
o Vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules
• Functional knowledge of:
o Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Forecasting
o Procurement, BOM, Production Planning
o Inventory & Stock Management, QA, Returns Management
o Financial Reporting, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet impacts
• Experience with:
o NetSuite saved searches, workflows, and reports
o Basic scripting and customization (custom records, fields, forms)
o Integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRMS, and Payroll systems
• Strong experience in testing methodologies and preparing UAT criteria
