About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our talented development team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React. This role involves designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications, leading migration projects from legacy systems, and working independently on complex technical challenges. The Senior .NET Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
The role requires a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background, capable of translating user stories into effective technical solutions, and maintaining high standards of code quality. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our applications, ensuring seamless integration with cloud services, and supporting continuous delivery through robust DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with .NET technologies, including C# and .NET Core.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with React.js and other modern JavaScript frameworks such as ES6+, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Extensive experience working in a Windows environment, with a solid understanding of development tools like Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
- Proficiency in translating user stories into technical solutions and understanding business needs.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications utilizing .NET Core and React technologies.
- Lead the migration of legacy WebForms applications to modern React-based architecture, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Create reusable front-end components and libraries using modern JavaScript frameworks to ensure consistency and maintainability.
- Develop, optimize, and document RESTful APIs and backend services to facilitate seamless integration across systems.
- Work independently as an L3 resource, handling complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement best practices for code quality, including thorough code reviews, adherence to version control standards, and unit testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and continuously improve development processes.
Technical Skills
- Backend: .NET Core, C#, Web APIs
- Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux (preferred)
- DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
- Database: SQL Server, including advanced queries and performance tuning

- Additional: Docker, Microservices Architecture (preferred)
