Lead Mobile Software Engineer:

The Lead Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI for Android and iOS. This role remains hands-on and delivery-focused, with ownership of complex mobile components, application quality, performance, and reliability across production environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI
• Own and implement complex mobile application features using C#, .NET, and XAML
• Lead technical execution for migration of Xamarin.Forms applications to .NET MAUI
• Implement responsive and high-performance mobile UI aligned with Android and iOS best practices
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
• Implement secure local data storage using SQLite and support offline synchronization
• Work with mobile device capabilities, including Bluetooth communication where required
• Ensure application quality through unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, including build automation, versioning, and deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver stable, production-ready mobile solutions

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on mobile development
• Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI, or Xamarin.Forms with proven exposure to MAUI migration
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and XAML
• Solid understanding of MVVM architecture and common mobile design patterns
• Experience delivering production Android and iOS applications
• Working knowledge of mobile application lifecycles, threading, and platform-specific behaviors
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
