Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Mobile Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android development, C# Xamarin/MAUI, and React Native, along with a proven track record of leading engineering teams in an Agile environment. This role requires a balance of hands-on development, technical leadership, architectural decision-making, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise mobile applications.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and reusable code while actively contributing to development.
- Manage source code, branching strategies, code reviews, refactoring, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed services.
- Build and maintain applications using Android, Xamarin/.NET MAUI, React Native, C#, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, support deployments, and participate in on-call support when required.
- Drive Agile best practices, CI/CD adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor developers, resolve technical challenges, and promote engineering best practices.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture teams to maintain consistency across applications and projects.
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
- 4+ years of hands-on Android application development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Android Development
- C#
- Xamarin / .NET MAUI
- React Native
- TypeScript / JavaScript
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred).
- Experience with Git version control.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of multithreaded application development.
- Experience with asynchronous messaging frameworks (Google Firebase preferred).
- Experience in production support, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux/Unix environments, and Shell scripting.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
