Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead with strong technical leadership experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading development teams, architecting enterprise CRM solutions, driving best practices, and managing client interactions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solution design and implementation.
- Architect scalable CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Guide and mentor development teams on CRM best practices and coding standards.
- Drive technical discussions with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Design integrations with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Oversee customizations, plugin development, workflows, Power Platform solutions, and deployments.
- Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and solution governance.
- Participate in estimation, planning, risk assessment, and project delivery.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and deployment strategies.
- Coordinate with business teams, solution architects, and project managers.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE architecture and development.

- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, security model, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.

- Strong understanding of Agile delivery models.
