Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken fresher who will be responsible for
communicating with inbound leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Explain brand offerings and business opportunities clearly
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Understand client requirements and share relevant details
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM
- Build strong relationships and ensure a positive client experience
Key Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking (English + Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
- Smart, presentable, and professional approach
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales/communication role
