Role Summary
Lead, coordinate, and manage all ISO certification, implementation, and compliance activities within the Internal Audit function. The role ensures that processes adhere to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other applicable standards), strengthens internal controls, and drives continuous improvement across audit operations.
Roles and requirement
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date ISO records, audit trails, templates, and quality registers.
- Prepare ISO audit reports, Management Review Meeting (MRM) presentations, and status dashboards.
- Drive improvement in process maturity and audit quality standards.
- Ensure training coverage and enhance ISO awareness across the Internal Audit team.
- Maintain high quality and accuracy in documentation and audit records.
- Participate in additional departmental activities, including quality checks (QC), Data Analysis, preparation of dashboards, and management reports
Experience & Skills requires
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Finance, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or ISO quality management (preferably in NBFC/MFI sector).
- Prior experience in managing ISO audits and certification cycles is mandatory
