🚨 We’re Hiring | Lead / Manager – Offensive Security | Kolkata
Are you a seasoned Application Security & Penetration Testing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are hiring for the role of Lead / Manager – Offensive Security .
📍 Location: Kolkata
💼 Experience: 5+ years in Application & Infrastructure Penetration Testing
Mandatory Skills
✔ Strong experience in Application Security & VAPT
✔ Hands-on expertise in Web, Mobile, API, and Thick Client Penetration Testing
✔ Experience in Red Teaming and Vulnerability Assessment
✔ Good understanding of Threat Modeling and Security Architecture Review
✔ Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, SANS CWE Top 25, and Secure SDLC
✔ Proficiency with tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, Nessus, Qualys, Postman, and Kali Linux
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in leading VAPT teams
✔ Exposure to Secure Code Review
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end VAPT engagements
✅ Perform security assessments for Web, Mobile, APIs, and Infrastructure
✅ Conduct Red Team exercises and Threat Modeling activities
✅ Collaborate with development teams to remediate security vulnerabilities
✅ Mentor team members and ensure delivery of high-quality security assessments
