Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage and allocate all inbound leads- marketing, campaign, and walk-ins- to relevant sales/pre-sales teams across office and on-site where the sales team are actively working.
- Monitor the complete lead lifecycle, including engagement, site visits, and follow-ups, ensuring timely action and zero lead leakage.
- Evaluate team performance by identifying gaps such as missed follow-ups, delayed responses, or ineffective client handling, and drive corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate, centralized lead records and analyze key metrics to generate insights that improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
- Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, sales, pre-sales, and on-ground teams to maintain consistent communication and lead flow.
- Track real-time lead activity and proactively resolve issues like unattended walk-ins or follow-up delays to enhance client experience and outcomes.
