Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Oversee the assignment of all inbound leads- from marketing campaigns and walk-ins- to the appropriate sales and pre-sales teams across office and on-site locations, ensuring active engagement.
- Track the entire lead lifecycle, including client engagement, site visits, and follow-ups, ensuring timely actions and no lead leakage.
- Assess team performance by identifying gaps such as missed follow-ups, delayed responses, or ineffective client interactions, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and centralized lead data while analyzing key metrics to derive insights that enhance conversion rates and overall pipeline efficiency.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field teams to ensure consistent communication and efficient lead flow.
- Monitor real-time lead activities and proactively address issues like unattended walk-ins or delayed follow-ups to improve client experience and outcomes.
