Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Oversee and streamline the allocation of incoming leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and other channels to appropriate sales and pre-sales teams, ensuring efficient data flow and timely tracking.
- Supervise the end-to-end lead lifecycle within MIS systems, from initial capture to site visits and follow-ups ensuring data accuracy and eliminating lead leakage.
- Evaluate team performance using MIS reports by identifying gaps such as missed follow-ups, delayed responses, and process inefficiencies, and assist in driving data-backed improvements.
- Maintain well-structured and centralized lead databases while generating periodic reports to extract actionable insights for enhancing conversion rates and pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field teams to ensure smooth data integration and consistent reporting across all departments.
- Monitor real-time lead activities through MIS dashboards and proactively highlight issues such as unattended walk-ins or delays to improve operational efficiency and overall customer experience.
