Job Description – Lead Management & MIS Executive (Real Estate)

Position Overview
- We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage incoming leads, assign leads to the sales team, maintain CRM data, and prepare daily MIS reports. The candidate should have strong coordination and reporting skills with experience in real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming leads from Meta Ads, portals, website, walk-ins, and channel partners
- Assign leads to sales executives and track proper follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM software regularly
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Track inquiry status, site visits, bookings, and conversions
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead flow management
- Handle WhatsApp communication, emails, and customer data records
- Monitor lead response time and sales team performance
- Maintain accurate databases and reporting systems
- Support management with operational analysis and performance reports
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes preferred
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, Lead Management, or MIS Reporting
- Real estate industry experience will be preferred
