Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our Lead Management team. This role involves handling patient inquiries, making calls, and guiding international patients through their treatment journey with proper coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential patients
- Understand patient requirements and share relevant treatment information
- Coordinate with internal teams and hospitals for case processing
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Build strong communication with patients and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support the team in converting leads into confirmed cases
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Confidence in handling calling profiles
- Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion
- Basic understanding of medical terms and treatments (important due to healthcare industry exposure)
- Empathy and patience while dealing with patients
- Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare industry
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- MBA (Preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills and basic medical awareness are encouraged to apply
