Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities –
- Structuring, drafting, finalizing and executing contracts and related documents
- Providing general corporate advisory to management keeping in line with the business of the company
- Statutory and contractual compliance
- Strategic orientation and perseverance to deal with litigation
- Liaise with external counsels for Legal opinions and expert advice
- Provide monthly reports and scheduled MIS
Key Performance Indicators –
- Well worse with key legal & business concepts and protecting company’s interest
- Accurate and timely Key Performance Indicators advise
- Delivery in desired timeline
- Clarity of concepts, set expectation of delivery and working towards desired results
- Accurate reporting of facts and persistent efforts to meet internal deadlines
- Update on running and closed assignments for the period
Key Internal Customer
- Employees of finance department
- Employees of Secretarial department
- Employees of Associated Venture Companies
- HR
Key External Customer-
- Externals Counsels who can advise appropriately and are suitable for the transaction
- External consultants for negotiating their contracts
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
3 - 8 years of experience in legal and contract drafting.
