We are seeking a Lead Learning Designer (Tech) to drive the design and development of high-quality, learner-centric training solutions. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to define program scope and learning objectives
- Design and develop learning materials, including storyboards, eLearning modules, videos, instructor-led training content, and assessments
- Contribute to process improvements and bring in innovative approaches to content development
- Review training materials to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness
- Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor team members and contribute to overall team capability building
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or learning design
- Exposure to technologies such as Java, Python, AWS, Azure, C++, or RDBMS
- Experience in developing Web-based Training (WBT) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) content
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Candidates must currently be based in Bangalore
- Immediate joiners or those available to join within 7 days will be preferred
