🎯 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive the design and development of scalable backend systems, mentor team members, and contribute to architectural decisions using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and AWS.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
🚀 Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems
🏗 Architect and implement microservices using Java and Spring Boot
👥 Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level developers
✅ Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables
🗄 Design and optimize database schemas and queries in MySQL
☁ Oversee deployment, monitoring, and optimization on AWS cloud infrastructure
🤝 Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
🧠 Drive system design discussions and contribute to technical roadmap
🔐 Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability
🛠 Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
💻 5+ years of strong experience in Java development
👨💼 Proven experience in leading development teams or projects
⚙ Deep expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture
🗄 Strong knowledge of MySQL and database performance tuning
☁ Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
🔗 Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
🧠 Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems
🔧 Proficiency with Git and development best practices
