About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while leading a team of developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Java applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of database technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
