Role Description
Western Ghats Solutions and Services is seeking a Lead Java and Kafka Developer to oversee and contribute to software development projects. This full-time hybrid role is based in Coimbatore, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include designing and implementing microservices, creating scalable and efficient software solutions, and leveraging expertise in Java and the Spring Framework. The Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery, troubleshoot performance issues, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with a strong background in Java
- Experience in designing and implementing Microservices architectures
- Hands-on expertise with the Spring Framework
- Solid understanding of Kafka and its integration within the software ecosystem
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
