Job Description: Lead IT Product Manager (Full-Stack & Mobile).
Company: Sajre Edutech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Dharwad(Work from Office).
Schedule: 6 Days per Week.
Experience: 5+ Years (Proven experience as an Individual Contributor + Team Lead).
The Mission
At Sajre Edutech, we don't just manage projects; we build products that last. We are looking for a IT Lead Product & Production Manager who is a master of the full technology stack. You are the "Final Boss" of our development team. When a project hits a wall or a teammate cannot meet a deadline, you are the person who steps in, takes the keyboard, and finishes the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Ownership: Act as the primary individual contributor when needed. You must have the ability to code across the entire stack (Python, Web, Mobile) to hit stipulated deadlines.
- End-to-End Product Leadership: Manage the roadmap from "Idea Generation" to "Product Release." You own the production quality and the delivery timeline.
- Quality Assurance: Be the final gatekeeper of quality. Ensure the product is polished, bug-free, and ready for the end-user before release.
- Team Leadership: Manage a 6-day production cycle, leading developers with a "lead by example" philosophy.
- The "Closer" Mindset: A strong sense of personal accountability. You view a teammate's missed deadline as a challenge for you to solve personally.
- Problem Solver: Ability to brainstorm fresh ideas for the EdTech space and translate them into technical reality.
- Communication: Fluent in translating complex technical concepts into clear business updates for stakeholders.
- Bridge Builder: Translate business ideas into technical architecture and ensure the team is building exactly what the product vision demands.
- On-Site Coordination: Work closely with the HR and Operations teams in our Dharwad office to align technical output with business goals.
Required Technical Expertise (The "Everything" Stack):
- Backend & Full-Stack:
- Python Specialist: Deep expertise in Python (Django or Flask) for robust backend architecture and API development.
- Web Development: Expert knowledge of Frontend frameworks (React.js) and core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Mobile Development (Native):
- Android: Proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK to step in on mobile projects.
- iOS: Proficiency in Swift and Xcode for Apple ecosystem development.
- Production & DevOps:
- Database Management: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL knowledge.
- Cloud & Deployment: Familiarity with AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines to manage product releases.
- Architecture: Ability to design scalable systems that work across Web, Android, and iOS.
Professional Qualifications"
- The "Contributor" Factor: You must be able to demonstrate instances where you personally took over a failing project and brought it to completion.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role overseeing a multi-platform team.
- Agility: Comfortable with a fast-paced, 6-day work week in an office environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to brainstorm a product idea today and start the production cycle tomorrow.
