Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end residential interior design projects, managing client interactions, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring high-quality project execution aligned with company standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential interior design projects from concept to execution.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget expectations.
- Create innovative and functional design solutions for modular kitchens, wardrobes, living spaces, and complete home interiors.
- Develop detailed 2D drawings, 3D designs, mood boards, and presentations.
- Conduct design discussions and client presentations confidently.
- Coordinate with execution teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Handle client escalations and provide effective design solutions.
- Take ownership of the design team and guide junior designers for better performance and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest interior trends, materials, finishes, and space planning concepts.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through effective client handling and design presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Strong knowledge of modular interiors and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution processes.

- Experience in modular interior companies or residential interior firms preferred.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
