🚀 Lead Intelligent Automation Architect – Power Platform & AI
We’re looking for a senior automation leader to design and scale enterprise-grade intelligent automation using Microsoft Power Platform and AI-driven technologies.
✅ Must-Have Skills
- ⚡ Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) – Mandatory
- 🧩 Power Platform & Power Apps
- 🐍 Python scripting
- 🤖 AI/ML & Power Platform AI Builder
- 🔗 REST APIs / Web Services
🌟 Good-to-Have
- 🧠 Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
- 🏗️ MCP / Infrastructure integration models
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise automation strategy & roadmap with business and IT stakeholders
- Architect end-to-end automation solutions across the SDLC
- Provide hands-on coding and production support during US PDT hours, including month/quarter ends
- Own architecture standards, coding best practices, monitoring & alerts for Power Automate & Power Platform
- Ensure security, governance, SOX/ITGC compliance, and audit readiness
- Lead POCs and hyperautomation initiatives (AI/ML, IDP, process mining)
- Communicate solutions and insights through clear presentations & visuals
🎓 Experience & Qualifications
- 🎓 Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- ✅ 8+ years in Intelligent Automation
- ✅ 4+ years in Power Automate | 2+ years in Power Platform & Power Apps
- Experience with UiPath, Python, SQL, AI/ML, Azure, Jira, Confluence, GitHub
- Proven success delivering scalable, compliant automation platforms
