Role Details

Integration technical lead responsible for leading the middleware development workstream, focused on SAP CPI and MuleSoft as likely integration platforms. Serves as the technical lead for all integration-related deliverables, including integration design specifications, development, testing, and deployment. Works closely with the Solution and Technical Architects to ensure alignment with the end-to-end integration strategy. Manages other integration developers while contributing hands-on to the development of APIs, data flows, and integration services supporting Salesforce and external systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Jitterbit Harmony or related Jitterbit tools.
  • Build APIs, data transformations, workflows, and system interfaces between cloud and on-premise applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and application owners to define integration requirements and technical designs.
  • Perform data mapping, validation, error handling, and performance optimization for integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
  • Support deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
  • Document integration flows, technical specifications, and support procedures.
  • Ensure integrations follow security, governance, and best practice standards.
  • Participate in ongoing enhancement efforts and recommend process improvements or reusable integration components.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in integration development using Jitterbit.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, web services, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and data transformation.
  • Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, HR, finance, or other business systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data structures, and system-to-system integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms and middleware concepts.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of ETL, batch integrations, and real-time integration design.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
