Role Description
This is an opportunity both a freelance and full time job seekers for a Lead Instructor/Trainer Role. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging training programs, mentoring students, creating comprehensive learning materials, assessing learners’ progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Lead Instructor/Trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure course content aligns with industry standards and learners' needs while fostering an enriching and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in teaching, coaching, and mentoring students effectively
- Strong content creation and curriculum design skills
- Proficiency in adapting teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles
- Command of modern e-learning tools and technologies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in education, training, or a related role; prior leadership experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in M.A English,BE Information science, computer science,Technology, or a relevant field
- People with established content and classes of their own
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
