Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager with 8+ years of inside sales experience and strong team-handling expertise. The role involves leading a sales team responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and revenue growth within the book printing and publishing domain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Oversee daily calling activities, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality lead conversion.
Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching services, preparing quotations, negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain relationships with publishers, authors, corporates, and educational institutions.
Track team KPIs, maintain CRM updates, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements
Inside sales experience, with proven team-handling and target achievement.
Experience In Printing, Publishing, Or B2B Services Preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; strong organizational and analytical ability.
