Power BI Developer Intern

Primary Responsibility: Develop, test, and maintain Power BI-based applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Location: Remote (India) This is a Remote Position. ​​​​​​​Role Overview: We are looking for a Power BI Developer Intern to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence using Power BI. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports Connect and integrate various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, etc.) into Power BI Work with DAX queries and Power Query to manipulate and analyze data Support the team in designing and optimizing data models Assist in automating and scheduling report generation and data refresh processes Ensure data accuracy, security, and best practices in Power BI development Collaborate with data analysts and business teams to translate requirements into meaningful insights Document findings and report performance optimizations Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic understanding of Power BI, Power Query, and DAX Familiarity with SQL databases and data modeling Knowledge of Excel, Power Automate, or other BI tools is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and improve technical skills Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment Good communication and collaboration skills Perks & Benefits: Remote & flexible working hours Hands-on experience with real-world business intelligence projects Mentorship from experienced Power BI professionals Certification of completion & potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance
