Job Title: Lead Implementation Analyst
Experience: 6+ years
Job location: Bangalore
Mode: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure accurate system configurations and rule setups.
- Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements.
- Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshoot configuration issues during implementation and post go-live.
- Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer success, and support to drive smooth implementations.
- Identify and escalate risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Foster strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcare or healthtech sectors.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills..
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Willingness to work overlapping time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems (EHR, EMR).
