Role Description
Job Title: Sr SFDC Developer
Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum/Pune/Kochi/Kolkata
Experience Range
- 7 to 9yrs of overall IT experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Proficiency in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.)
- Solid understanding of:
- Salesforce data model
- Security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
- Governor limits
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with advanced integrations (middleware tools like MuleSoft, etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder)
- Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)
- Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
- Customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration activities
- Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability
- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment
