Role Overview
UST is seeking a Senior Developer with 7-8 years of experience who can independently drive development work with minimal supervision. This role is focused on integration development and plays a critical part in advancing the project. Additional positions may be opened as the project progresses to its next stage.
Key Responsibilities
Independently own and deliver development tasks end to end with minimal monitoring.
Design, develop, and implement system integration solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability.
Demonstrate strong ownership, commitment, and accountability for deliverables.
Proactively learn and understand the business domain to build effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7-8 years of hands-on development experience.
Strong expertise in
Java or
Python.
Solid proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Strong experience in integration development.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong technical fundamentals.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the business domain.
Additional Notes
This is not a full-stack or UI/web application development role.
The New York technical interview round will focus heavily on core technical competency.
