Role Description
Job Description – Salesforce Technical Lead / Developer (LWC & OmniStudio)
Experience Range
- 6–9 years of total IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, and configuration
- Hiring Location
- Hyderabd/Bangalore/Chennai/Kochi/Kolkata/Trivandrum/Pune/Gurgaon/Noida
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex (Triggers, Classes)
- Visualforce & Lightning Framework (including Aura)
- OmniStudio
- Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience working on at least 3 projects involving LWC, OmniStudio, and Lightning (OR at least 1 project with 10+ months of OmniStudio experience)
- Strong knowledge of:
- SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- JavaScript frameworks
- Governor limits & Apex best practices
- Hands-on experience in:
- Salesforce Administration (user setup, roles, profiles, security)
- Configuration & customization
- Workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes
- Reports and dashboards
- Experience in:
- Data migration tools (Apex Data Loader or similar)
- Production deployments (Change Sets, ANT, Eclipse)
- Debugging and resolving deployment issues
- Strong understanding of:
- Web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL)
- API integrations, security models, Bulk API, Metadata API
- Database knowledge:
- SQL / PL-SQL, schemas, stored procedures
- Good understanding of:
- HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose multiple solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with onsite (USA-based) teams
Salesforce Certifications (Must Have)
- Platform Developer I (PD1)
- App Builder Certification
Good-to-Have Skills
- Platform Developer II (PD2) / DEV 501 (completed all parts)
- Advanced Admin (ADM 301)
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Certifications
- Experience with:
- ETL tools like Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft
- Java / .NET technologies
- Experience in Healthcare Payer domain
- Exposure to Google APIs / JQuery / modern JS frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC & OmniStudio
- Work on integrations with external systems
- Collaborate with onsite teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance limits
- Participate in deployment, testing, and production support
