Role Description
Job Title: Lead II – Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce Developer)
Experience Range
5–7 years (minimum 5 years required; ~7 years preferred)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and administration. The ideal candidate will manage, configure, customize, and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem to support business needs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions.
Must-Have Skills
Salesforce Core Expertise
- Strong experience in Salesforce Administration and Development
- Proficiency in:
- Apex
- SOQL
- Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
Platform Configuration & Management
- User management (roles, profiles, permissions, security settings)
- Custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts
- Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow Builder
- Validation rules and automation
Integration & Data Handling
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Data migration and management using tools like Data Loader and Workbench
- Data cleaning, deduplication, import/export
Reporting & Analytics
- Building reports and dashboards
- Data analysis for business insights
System Optimization
- Performance tuning and scalability improvements
- Platform maintenance and stability
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with:
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange solutions
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban)
- Tools like Jira
- Experience in stakeholder training and user support
- Knowledge of third-party integrations

Salesforce Administration

Salesforce Development
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems
- Automate business processes using Flows and custom logic
Stakeholder Management
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide user training and ongoing support
System Enhancements
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- Implement AppExchange solutions
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases
Reports & Dashboards
- Create actionable reports and dashboards
- Support business decisions with data insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Salesforce Certifications (preferred):
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
