Kneat Gx Operations Specialist - Job Description
The Kneat Gx Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring effective governance and administration of the Kneat Gx platform. The role includes overseeing platform operations, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall platform governance and ensure adherence to organizational standards
Provide administration oversight for the Kneat Gx platform
Monitor and manage SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance
Coordinate with Quality and IT stakeholders for system improvements and issue resolution
Ensure smooth day-to-day platform operations and continuous process optimization
