Kneat Gx Support Specialist - Job Description
The Kneat Gx Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for the Kneat Gx platform, ensuring smooth system functionality and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support for the Kneat Gx platform, ensuring system availability and usability
Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with governance standards
Perform configuration updates and system changes as required
Triage and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams
Support operational activities to maintain platform stability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user concerns and improve system efficiency
