Role Description
Job Title: Lead II - Enterprise Solutions Experience
9-14 years of total IT experience, with minimum 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong background in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
Role Overview
The Salesforce Senior Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable and future methods, ensuring best practices and optimal performance
Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
Implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
Design and optimize Salesforce data models, including custom objects, relationships, schema design, indexing, and LDV considerations
Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits, coding standards, and performance best practices
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution walkthroughs
Support and enforce security and access controls, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS, OAuth, and SSO
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes using Salesforce DX, GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, or similar tools
Assist with data migration activities from legacy systems to Salesforce using best practices
Collaborate with architects to maintain the right balance between low-code and pro-code solutions
Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform innovations such as Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and CRM Analytics
Required Technical Skills
Salesforce Development
Strong proficiency in Apex programming, triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)
Experience with test-driven development, unit testing, and achieving high test coverage
Advanced hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
Data Modeling & Performance
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, schema design, and LDV strategies
Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and handling large data volumes
Integration & APIs
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials
Exposure to middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi
Security & Access Control
Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including OAuth flows, SSO, role hierarchy, sharing models, FLS, and Shield Platform Encryption
DevOps & Platform Tools
Experience with Salesforce DX, Unlocked Packages, Metadata API
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control (GitHub, Jenkins, Copado, etc.)
Analytics & Experience
Experience building reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics
Exposure to Experience Cloud for customer or partner portals and mobile-responsive solutions
Understanding of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, etc.)
