Role Description
Salesforce Data Cloud Developer
Experience Range
- Overall IT Experience: 5–8 Years
- Salesforce Experience: 3–4 Years (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Data Cloud Experience: 1–2 Years (Hands-on Mandatory)
Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi, and Trivandrum
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (1–2 years minimum)
- Experience in at least 2 Salesforce Data Cloud implementation projects (design + development)
- Strong understanding of:
- Data Cloud objects & data models
- Identity Resolution (IR)
- Data Streams, DLO, DMO, data mapping
- Calculated Insights
- Segmentation & Activation
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud Query Language (DQL)
- Experience with data pipelines and SQL
- Proficiency in API integrations (REST / SOAP / GraphQL)
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration patterns
- Strong expertise in data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance Data Cloud solutions
- Experience in data governance and data quality standards
- Hands-on experience in:
- Data ingestion from multiple sources via Data Streams
- Identity Resolution rule configuration and optimization
- Segmentation and activation processes
- Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills in Salesforce Data Cloud
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Business + IT) and define data strategies
- Excellent communication skills; able to coordinate with onsite US-based teams

- Experience across other Salesforce clouds:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Community / Experience Cloud
- Exposure to:
- Marketing Cloud / Pardot
- Einstein AI / Einstein Studio
- Salesforce Analytics
- Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Experience with:
- AI/ML concepts and external model integration into Salesforce
- Data Cloud retrievers and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Knowledge of advanced Salesforce ecosystem tools and architecture patterns
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Mandatory / Highly Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
