Role Description
Required Skills & Experience:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of infrastructure components: servers, networking, storage, security
- Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams in fast-paced environments
- Good documentation and reporting abilities
P&L Management & Financial Analysis
Prepare, analyze, and review monthly and periodic P&L statements for projects, programs, and accounts, ensuring accuracy of revenue, cost, and margin figures.
Track project profitability (GPM / EBITDA) against approved targets and highlight variances with actionable insights.
Review allocation, service charge, seat cost, and expense reports and coordinate corrections with finance stakeholders.]
Support draft and final P&L reviews and ensure timely closure of financial disputes as per finance timelines.
Revenue Submission & Forecasting
Ensure timely and accurate revenue submission in line with organizational revenue recognition guidelines.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Finance teams to validate revenue inputs and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts, analyze deviations, and communicate risks or corrective actions.
Support both estimated and actual revenue flows depending on account and contract type (T&M, Managed Services, Fixed Bid).
Invoicing & Billing Support
Coordinate end-to-end invoice submission and approval processes in alignment with approved revenue.
Review billing advice, timesheets, and billing quantities to ensure invoicing accuracy.
Act as a liaison between delivery, finance, and account teams to resolve invoice-related issues efficiently.
PMO Governance & Reporting
Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, MIS reports, and financial summaries for leadership reviews.
Track key financial and operational KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and improvement areas.
Support governance reviews by consolidating data across multiple projects or accounts.
Excel & PowerPoint Expertise
Create advanced Excel models using pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and scenario analysis for financial reporting and forecasting.
Automate and streamline recurring reports using structured Excel templates.
Design executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with clear financial narratives, charts, and dashboards for senior leadership and client reviews.
