Role Description
Role Overview
The Avaloq Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring accurate translation of wealth management business requirements into functional and testable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Avaloq-based solutions.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and business workflows.
- Define test cases and scenarios aligned to FS documents.
- Execute and manage System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Track defects, coordinate resolutions, and provide SIT sign-off.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams.
- Support project delivery across private banking initiatives.
Mandatory Skills (Updated From JD Links)
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in financial services
- Strong working knowledge of Avaloq product and business workflows
- Hands-on experience in:
- Functional specifications
- Test case and scenario preparation
- SIT execution and management
- Strong understanding of wealth management / private banking domain
- Experience in large exposure or private banking projects
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to UAT coordination
- Stakeholder management experience
- Agile project experience
