Role Description - 5–7 years of experience in UI/UX Design with strong expertise in creating modern, responsive, and user-centric digital experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar prototyping and wireframing platforms.
- Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, usability principles, and interaction design best practices.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications with a focus on accessibility, consistency, and intuitive user journeys.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI components aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Strong knowledge of design handoff processes, frontend design considerations, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills with the ability to justify design decisions through user-centric thinking.
