Role Description
A Senior QA Performance Test Engineer responsible for end-to-end performance validation of large-scale distributed systems. The role involves designing and executing high-volume load tests, building automation frameworks, validating system behavior across multiple components, and performing deep root cause analysis (RCA) at application, infrastructure, and network levels. The engineer ensures system scalability, reliability, and stability under real-world and peak traffic conditions.
Technical Skills
- Performance & scalability testing in distributed systems
- Python, Shell scripting
- Linux system troubleshooting
- MongoDB / Hazelcast / RabbitMQ
- Prometheus / Grafana
- TCP/IP fundamentals and socket level debugging
- Working knowledge of containerized/Kubernetes environments
