Role Description
Role Expectation
- Own end-to-end architecture and design for large-scale full stack applications
- Build and lead development of cloud-native applications (Azure)
- Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and governance
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient solutions
- Drive microservices and API-first architecture adoption
- Mentor teams, guide technical decisions, and support code reviews & solutioning
- Integrate applications with data platforms, enterprise systems, and AI/GenAI solutions
- Well-versed in test automation
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and client stakeholders
- Self-driven and accountable, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environment
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
- Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems design
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS / Angular + TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong experience in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) with query optimization
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS/API Mgmt/Service Bus) and cloud-native architecture
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM)
- Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and secure application design
Optional Skills
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to AWS / multi-cloud environments
- Experience with high-volume production systems
Familiarity with AI / GenAI integrations
