Role Description
SAP S/4HANA BRIM – Convergent Mediation (CM) Senior Consultant
Experience & Notice Period
- Experience: 6–8 years in SAP BRIM CM (Techno-Functional)
- Notice Period: Immediate joining only

- Bangalore / Mumbai – Client Office
Responsibilities
- Lead support and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA BRIM – Convergent Mediation (CM) as a techno-functional consultant.
- Work with various databases for data collection, automated rating & charging, and campaign management.
- Integrate SAP BRIM CM with other BRIM modules and external applications using direct connectivity and middleware.
- Provide end-user training, develop user manuals, and support effective use of SAP BRIM CM.
- Manage rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring timely planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
- Customize SAP BRIM CM solutions to meet specific business requirements; develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with global teams and multiple vendors, ensuring smooth and on-time project delivery.
- Handle data migration activities and support automated testing tools.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions within SAP BRIM CM.
- Work closely with billing, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment of BRIM CM with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Must Have
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP BRIM – Convergent Mediation (CM) as a techno-functional consultant.
- Hands-on experience with data collection, automated rating, charging, and campaign management.
- Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations (Blueprint to Go-Live).
- Strong experience in production support, including year-end activities.
- Experience with SAP BRIM CM integration (internal modules and external systems).
- Exposure to data migration and automated testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with upstream modules/systems and downstream reporting/analytics platforms.
- Exposure to middleware tools (CPI, PI/PO, etc.) for system integration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira.
- Experience working with offshore teams and third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of custom report/dashboard development.
- Exposure to multi-country rollouts and localization requirements.
