Role Description
Job Title: SAP Ariba Upstream Consultant
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore (Hybrid – Work from Customer Office)
Experience: 5–7 Years
Notice Period: Immediate
Must Have
- 5–7 years of SAP Ariba experience with strong focus on Source-to-Contract lifecycle.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Ariba Sourcing
- Ariba Contracts
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Spend Analysis
- Strong experience designing and executing sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
- Experience configuring auction formats (English, Dutch, Japanese).
- Expertise in Supplier Request, Registration, Qualification, and Preferred Supplier workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):
- Main Agreement templates
- Clause Libraries
- Hierarchical contract linking
- Legal lockdowns
- Hands-on experience with Process Templates and Document Templates (Task logic & conditions).
- Experience integrating Upstream data (e.g., awarded quotes) with Downstream systems or SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of procurement strategy, category management, and legal risk mitigation.
- Ability to analyze and cleanse supplier master data for global implementations.
Good to Have
- Experience with e-Signature integrations such as DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign.
- Experience in global or multi-country rollouts.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks and supplier diversity programs.
- SAP Ariba Sourcing certification.
- Experience collaborating with legal and compliance stakeholders.
