  • Must have hands-on experience with ITSM, specifically:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Knowledge Management
  • Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset Management (HAM) modules.
  • Experience with system integrations and Flow Designer.
  • Strong scripting knowledge, including:
    • Business Rules
    • Script Includes
    • Workflows
    • Flow Designer
  • Experience in Request Management, including:
    • Catalog Items
    • Order Guides
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
